NPW 2022 to Celebrate the Dedication of Payroll Pros

National Payroll Week (NPW) coincides with the week of Labor Day. This year, NPW takes place September 5-9, 2022.

The theme for this year’s NPW is “Building Blocks of America,” which celebrates the partnership between payroll, employees, and our government agencies that create the very foundation of the American way of life. Truly, America works because we’re working for America®.

During NPW, the APA, its local hapters, and others in the payroll industry use the week as a platform to spread awareness of the payroll withholding system, to host community service projects, and to educate others on how paychecks are calculated and how to get the most out of their pay.
