Global payroll has come a long way from its fledgling early days, but questions abound for many payroll professionals taking their first steps into the global realm.

Distinguished leaders in the global payroll community and from the Global Payroll Management Institute (GPMI) will help to answer some of those questions in the Wednesday morning session “The State of Global Payroll: Facts, Fears and the Future for Your Organization.” They will share their perspectives on key trends, technology innovations, and the challenges facing global organizations during the 8:00 a.m. panel discussion.

The workshop session will address how payroll is delivered, meeting the compliance challenge, the role of the global payroll professional, the value of a strategic global payroll operation, and the changing role of technology.

Panelists are (from left to right):

  • Alex Chudnovsky, VP, Global Strategy, SAP Success Factors
  • Kathleen Williams, CPP, Regional Payroll Process Lead, NGA Human Resources
  • Laurent Botella, Director, Product Strategy, Workday
  • Mary Holland, CPP, Global Director of Strategy, Development, and Training, Global Payroll Management Institute/American Payroll Association
  • Jeffrey Brown, Partner, Americas Leader for Global Payroll Advisory, Ernst & Young, LLP
